Oh Marmalade

Try this out for a change. Add a jam or marmalade to you next dish. Warm up an apricot jam and serve over your next fruit compote or as a glaze with a slice of your favorite vanilla cake.

For a great flavor benefit, try adding orange marmalade to an oozing mound of soft cheese that's been warmed in the oven. Top with walnuts and serve with crusty bread.

Or just use your favorite flavor marmalade by mixing equal parts with a great grainy mustard and rub in on salmon, pork or chicken before cooking. Any dish could call for a boost of marmalade
